2025 Early College Summit

Frank leads RTI’s strategy for the development and support of education networks. He brings extensive experience working with early college high schools as the director of the North Carolina Early College Network (ECN), and the new national Early College Leaders Network (ECLN). Frank is especially interested in policies and practices that improve student achievement and post-secondary access in learning environments that promote authentic learning and deep engagement for every student.
