The traditional PLC model often falls short in small schools where singleton teachers lack shared courses for collaboration.  This session introduces a tailored PLC framework that upholds the core guiding questions while fitting the unique context of small schools.  Participants will explore interdisciplinary approaches, identify their students’ academic needs, and design a PLC structure that fosters collaboration across content areas.  School teams will leave with practical strategies to ensure meaningful professional learning and student success, even in the absence of shared courses.
